All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

We manufacture the products that we sell in New South Wales, Australia. Our prices are always stated as Recommended Retail Price (RRP).

We reserve the right to alter the RRP of any or all products at any time and without notification other than here on this website.

Orders Policy – By Any Method

When an order is placed, full payment is required before the order will be processed. Payment can be made is the following manner:

  1. Credit Card or Debit Card (Master Card or Visa). We do not accept Amex or Diners Cards.
  2. Paypal
  3. Direct Deposit
  4. Personal or Bank Cheque. Payment must clear before shipping.
  5. Money Order. Payment must clear before shipping.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Times

We deliver products Australia wide. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days following clearance of customer payment. All Clear Earth Products are shipped via Australia Post, unless special arrangements have been made with Customer Support.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. However, from time to time these calculations may not be accurate, and if this is the case, a representative of Clear Earth will contact you to discuss what’s possible.

Retail Orders above $35 are free Australia Wide.

Shipping Destinations

Clear Earth ships goods Australia wide automatically.

Orders with international destinations outside of Australia will be flagged and a member of our Logistics Team will contact you to discuss your order, shipping arrangements and shipping cost.

Pick Up Policy

Orders may be collected from Clear Earth warehouse in 15/12 Cecil Road, Hornsby, NSW.

Returns & Refunds & Guarantee

With Clear Earth’s 365 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All I ask is that you send the unused items back to us in the original packaging. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund. There’s only ONE condition: Please tell us the main reason you weren’t happy with the product, so we have a chance to make it better.

Dispute Resolution
